M&P has been actively involved in the setting up of an institute of loss adjusters in India. Senior directors have also been Presidents and other office bearers of the association for several years (cumulatively over a decade). The said institute worked actively in promoting, upgrading professional levels of loss adjusters in India.

Several of our senior directors / officers are visiting faculty members of the training colleges / centres set up by the insurance companies as well as National Insurance Academy in Pune.

One of our Directors has co-authored a booklet on Fixation of Sum Insured published by Delhi Insurance Institute.

Some of our Directors have been setting papers for examinations conducted by the Insurance Institutes of India as well as Institute of Insurance Surveyors & Adjusters.

One of our Directors has been the Regional Vice President of the International Institute of Loss Adjusters.

One of our Directors was a member of the Advisory Committee of The Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority, India.

One of our Directors had been a member of the insurance sub-committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industries, a trade body.

Our directors have been members of the insurance committee being set up by Assocham and state chapter of Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

One of the directors have been invited by GIC (General Insurance Corporation of India) to oversee all the claims arising out of a major catastrophe of rain and landslides in Uttarakhand, India in 2013. Major losses were reported from Hydro Power Projects, Infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, dams, electricity distribution, etc.).
