Saumil Mehta is a Director of the Company and third generation adjuster carrying forward the legacy and leading the company to newer heights. He has more than 38 years of exemplary experience adjusting major, complex –Property, Liability and Business Interruption losses across India and in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Thailand, Middle East, Kenya, etc.

He has been entrusted with some of the largest losses in the country.

His understanding of insurance, policy interpretation is considered par excellence in the Indian insurance industry. Accordingly, he has been consulted by the national insurance regulator (IRDA), national reinsurer GIC-RE and many other regarding insurance policy matters.

He has been visiting and delivering lectures at the National Insurance Academy, Insurance Institute of India and other forumshaving participation of insurance professionals from India and overseas.

A highly qualified engineer, alumni of Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai (IIT – Mumbai), he also carries out property valuations, arbitration of insurance matters and is preferred advisor / knowledge resource for resolving issues in insurance claims.

He is the Regional Vice President of International Institute of Loss Adjusters.

Rajiv Shah is a Director of the Company and enjoys unparalleled repute as an adjuster across Western India. With a phenomenal knowledge base and understanding of insurance, he has been successfully adjusting large, complex losses over 35 years across varied industry sectors ranging from chemical industries, petrochemicals, cotton, fertilizers, Power Plants, renewable power generation sites, storage of coal, salt farms and many others.

Besides fire, engineering, project and liability insurance, he is one of the few qualified Business Interruption adjusters in India. His expertise is also recognized and preferred by clients outside India.

In addition to adjusting, he carries out property valuations for insurance purpose, arbitration and advises on insurance matters.

He also has been delivering lectures on insurance and adjusting subjects at various industrial forums in India.

By academics, he is an engineer with experience of running an engineering unit in the early years of his career.

He operates from our Ahmedabad office.

A. Chandramouli is a Director of the Company and is a veteran loss adjuster with an experience of 38 years successfully adjusting losses for property damage, engineering, marine cargo, accident investigation and business interruption etc. claims across the spectrum of industries in India and overseas.

He is a qualified engineer from the Indian institute of Technology, Kharagpur with majors in Petroleum Refining and Petrochemicals. Besides the run of the mill claims, he specialises in petrochemicals, refinery and port related claims. Some of the losses handled by him are more than a billion Indian rupees.

He has been conducting quality improvement and professional development courses for loss adjusters and has also served as a course writer for insurance at the Annamalai University.

He is based out of our Chennai office.

Rajiv Gupta is a Director of the Company based out of our Delhi office. He is associated with the Company since 34 years and is responsible for our operations in North India.

Over the years, he has increased his footprint in North India and has been successfully adjusting Property damage losses under Fire, Project, Burglary, Jwellers Block and other policies. He has also been instrumental in managing a team and adjusting losses post catastrophes in North and East India.

He is a Fellow member of Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors.

Aditya Shah is the youngest Director of the Company and India’s next generation adjuster with about 10 years of adjusting experience. He is one of the very few adjusters in India who have accomplished the golden standard of adjusting qualification – MCILA (equivalent to ACILA) of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA), UK.

He has exposure of adjusting losses across a gamut of industries ranging from a few million to a billion Indian Rupees. He handles Property damage, Engineering, Project, Liability, Miscellaneous and Business Interruption losses.

He also brings to the Company his brief international exposure of adjusting losses in the Singapore market.

Aditya believes in continuous upgradation of knowledge and has pursued specialized courses on Strategic Management and Business Analysis and Valuations at the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE). He is also an Associate member of the Insurance Institute of India (III).
