Key Personnel

Madhukar Shah is a metallurgical engineer from IIT Kharagpur.

He has work experience of over 31 years in fused-cast refractory industry, office furniture industry and an industrial product marketing agency. In these three industries, he had worked in the field of project management & execution, manufacturing, product development and industrial product marketing. He has executed projects in India and in the Middle East.

He joined M&P in the year 2008. He has been involved in property damage claims of a wide variety of industries such as telecommunications, chemicals, textiles, TV studios and broadcasting companies, renewable power plants, engineering, printing, retail outlets of large chains, erection projects, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, etc.

G Deepakkumar is an Electrical and Electronics engineer with more than 5 years of experience of working in Cogeneration power plant and Concrete Batching plant.

He joined M&P in 2014 and has 6 years of adjusting exposure handling varied Property damage, engineering and miscellaneous lines of losses. His industrial experience serves him well and he possesses a good understanding of the mechanical and electrical breakdown losses in the industry.

He is a member of the Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors (IIISLA).

M. Gokul Ram is a mechanical engineer with post-graduation in Piping Design and Engineering. He has brief industrial experience prior to joining adjusting field.

He joined M&P in 2015 and is a IRDA licensed insurance surveyor with Fire, Engineering and Miscellaneous departments. He has 5+ years of adjusting experience with handling losses across South India. He also has the exposure of handling catastrophe losses due to cyclones and floods, mechanical breakdown losses in machinery across varied industries.

M. Gokul is a Licentiate member of the Insurance Institute of India.

B. Vinoth Kumar is an experienced insurance surveyor at M&P since 2017. He has been effectively handling losses across all types of property losses involving complex civil structures, construction sites, engineering projects, burglary, theft, etc.

He is a civil engineer with noteworthy on-field experience from being a site engineer to a planning engineer. He has been involved in complex civil projects of reconstruction of hangar at airport, commercial and residential nature.

He is a Licentiate member of the Insurance Institute of India (III).

He has also served as Project Editor at Regional Labour Institute (RLI), Chennai.

Bhavyesh Trivedi is an Associate member of the IIISLA having catered to losses pertaining to fire and allied perils, engineering losses over the last 15 years. He has been associated with M&P since 2005 with independent experience intermittently.

By academics, he is an electrical engineer however his urge to understand and look into the details has provided him fair experience of mechanical and civil aspects involved in losses.

He is presently undergoing training for Miscellaneous and Marine Cargo departments also.

He is part of our Ahmedabad office and has travelled across the state of Gujarat to attend to losses in varied industries.
